Die Personifikation der Niederlande steht v. v. in antiker Rüstung, in der Rechten Zepter, in der Linken Lanze mit angebundenem Pfeilbündel; mit dem linken Fuß drückt sie den personifizierten Neid zu Boden, zu den Seiten Löwe und Lamm, im Hintergrund Fluß mit zum Teil brennenden Schiffen//Weibliche Gestalt mit Schwert, Merkurstab und Füllhorn steht v. v. auf Waffen, hinter ihr Schriftband mit IRATO BELLUM PLACATO NUMINE PAX EST; oben die aus Wolken kommende Hand Gottes mit zwei miteinander verbundenen Wappenschilden; im Hintergrund Handelsschiffe auf ruhiger See.
