Identification - Money Laundering Act

Identification in accordance with the Money Laundering Act

As an auction house and dealer of high-value goods, we are obliged to identify you in accordance with the Money Laundering Act (§ 10 Para. 1 No. 1 GwG). A current identification document (Section 12 GwG) is required for identification purposes and is stored by us (Section 8 (2) sentence 2 GwG).

We kindly ask you to carry out the identification under the link or next to the QR code in compliance with data protection regulations. This service is free of charge for you. Alternatively, you can also send us a valid copy of your ID to service@kuenker.de, stating your customer number.
