Payment Information

If you have purchased an object from the Künker online store or have been successful in an auction, you have various options for paying your invoice. 

Please understand that, as a new customer, we will initially only send you the invoice. Once we have received payment, we will forward the pieces to you immediately. After this first step, all other payment options are available to you.


Payment Options

Payment by bank wire
The easiest way is to fill out the bank transfer form enclosed with every invoice after the auction. We have bank accounts with all reputable German banks.

Payment by Credit Card
We accept credit card payments with VISA and MASTERCARD (Maximum payout per order: 10,000 Euros).
If you wish to pay by credit card, we request that you contact our customer service department in advance at service@kuenker.de or +49 541 96202 0.

Payment through PayPal
We accept payments via PayPal. For your transfer please use the e-mail address paypal@kuenker.de. (Maximum payment per order: 10,000 Euros)


Payment by Check
For checks mailed from foreign countries we charge a check processing fee, which is calculated based on the amount of the purchase. The minimum charge is 15.00 EUR.

Cash Payment
Of course we also accept payment for every invoice in cash. The restrictions contained in the (German) Money Laundering Act will be strictly observed.
You may pay the amount due from a coin auction at our offices in Osnabrück, but also at our branches and representative offices, or at a coin fair.

Payment in Installments
Another important option: if you have found your dream item among our wares, but the price doesn’t fit your budget plans at the moment, we can offer you an installment payment service. Simply ask us for more information.

Please note that due to a Europe-wide legal change in the VAT treatment of objects from third countries, some items must be sold with standard taxation. For customers in Germany, this means: the premium is 20% plus (usually) 7% reduced VAT. For customers from other EU member states, we will charge 20% plus the VAT applicable in the respective country when shipping.
