Kleinert, auf seinen Einzug in Brüssel als Statthalter der Niederlande. Geharnischtes Brustbild r. mit umgelegtem Mantel//Der Kurfürst zu Pferd, das von einer weiblichen Gestalt geführt wird, die in der Linken ein Ruder trägt, r. gekrönte Belgia, die den König empfängt, oben schwebende Viktoria, die einen Kranz über das Haupt des Königs hält.
