OSMANISCHES REICH - THE OTTOMAN COLLECTION TEIL 4 - PROBEN UND ABSCHLÄGE Iftihar-Medaille [İftihâr Madalyasι] auch als "Medaille des Iftihar-Ordens" [Nişân-ι İftihâr Madalyasι] bezeichnet. 3. Modell (1853-1884), Avers- und Revers-Probe, Buntmetall-Blech.
2 II Unter Sultan Abdülmecid I. (1823-1861, reg. seit 1839) wurde im Jahre 1853 [AH 1270] das dritte Modell der Iftihar-Medaille [İftihâr Madalyasι] in zwei Stufen (Gold und Silber) eingeführt und ab 1854 als Zivil- und Militär-Verdienstmedaille vergeben. Sie wurde auch als Medaille des Iftihar-Ordens [Nişân-ι İftihâr Madalyasι] bezeichnet.
